I'm Dima. I automate messy workflows so lean teams can stop improvising and start running repeatable systems.
How I got here
I've spent the last 7 years automating business operations — first inside enterprise companies, now for small agencies and service teams.
My day job is building process automation for a large enterprise, with a focus on recruiting workflows — the kind of work where one broken handoff means a candidate slips through the cracks and a position stays open for weeks. I've learned to spot where systems break and how to fix them with the simplest possible setup.
On the side, I work with web studios and service businesses — teams of 2–10 people who don't have a head of ops but desperately need one. I help them build the same kind of operational systems I build at enterprise scale, but adapted for lean teams with small budgets. My clients range from agencies in the US to teams in India and everywhere in between.
The tools I reach for most: Claude, Notion, Python, and whatever gets the job done without adding complexity.
What I believe about operations
Most small agencies don't have an AI problem. They have a systems problem. Tools get added without workflows behind them. Onboarding is different every time. SOPs live in someone's head — and when that person is busy, the process breaks.
I've seen this pattern dozens of times: a team buys three new AI tools, gets excited for a week, and goes back to doing everything manually because nobody built the system around the tool.
Everything on this site exists because of that gap. Every guide, template, and tool recommendation starts with the workflow — not the technology. If it doesn't save real time for a real team, it doesn't belong here.
